LIEs actively seek out practical projects and opportunities to apply their knowledge, and they are usually confident in sharing their insights, correcting inaccuracies, and providing information that serves productive purposes. Generally, LIEs are pragmatic, diligent, and proactive individuals who often feel uneasy if they cannot pursue their own goals and ventures. LIEs often focus on efficiency and optimizing their surroundings, commonly suggesting improvements.
