Extroverted Logic (Te):

LSEs are practical and action-oriented people. They tend to concentrate on the task at hand and are capable of thorough and diligent work. They have a knack for actively involving others in collaborative projects. With a proactive nature, they can easily take the lead on a project to guarantee the delivery of their meticulous and high-quality work. They may feel restless when there’s no work to engage with. LSEs usually communicate in a formal, clear, and professional manner. They often focus their discussions on work-related or practical topics, engaging in conversations about current events, health, sports, product comparisons, and other easily accessible subjects. They aim to share accurate and detailed information and appreciate the insights they receive from others. Viewing themselves as educators or guides, they offer in-depth interactive discussions on their areas of expertise, though their straightforward approach may seem overly dry or mundane to those who prefer a more imaginative style. LSEs often acquire a wealth of practical knowledge. They typically have a strong desire to contribute to social causes and hold a deep respect for the formal institutions within their society. They believe that communities, whether large or small, should actively support their members.

Introverted Sensing (Si):

LSEs prioritize safety, comfort, leisure, aesthetics, and a peaceful atmosphere. They value their free time, spacious surroundings, and familial well-being. Many enjoy physical activities like hiking and sports. Their clothing tends to be comfortable and simple, with a moderate emphasis on cleanliness, as they aim to create a pleasant and functional space. LSEs often prioritize their internal demands and recognize the importance of leisure time for their overall well-being. They may feel the need to address certain personal obligations before tackling other tasks. Instead of following others' methods, they tend to rely on their own experiences and knowledge. If someone else's work conflicts with their need for comfort, they might avoid it. LSEs often establish routines that shape their work and lifestyle, resisting changes even if those routines aren't effective. Additionally, they naturally take on a caregiver role, focusing on the physical and emotional well-being of their loved ones, where their initiative and attentiveness are appreciated.

Super-Ego Block

Extroverted Ethics (Fe):

LSEs are generally good at recognizing and influencing the emotional atmosphere around them. They tend to be friendly and inviting, particularly in familiar settings, and many possess a lighthearted sense of humor. However, being attuned to emotional dynamics doesn't always come naturally to LSE, who typically maintain a calm and organized demeanor and may not show much animation. Their more professional approach often takes precedence, and their formal style can seem out of place in environments that encourage open emotional expression, like lively parties or gossip-filled conversations, which may leave them feeling uncomfortable and uncertain. LSEs often lack a deep awareness of their emotional reactions to others, leading to emotional expressions and responses that are typically muted and restrained.

Introverted Intuition (Ni):

LSEs typically focus on their immediate surroundings and personal experiences. They direct their efforts toward issues they can physically see, hear, feel, or experience, rather than engaging with speculative or theoretical concepts. Grounded in the tangible aspects of reality, most LSEs may not be attuned to fantasy, mysticism, symbolism, or otherworldly ideas, which can lead to perceptions of them as dry or lacking imagination. LSEs may struggle to adapt to unexpected consequences. They often try to plan their schedules in advance to minimize uncertainty and stick to these plans, even when they become impractical. In their proactive nature, they may take on too many commitments and responsibilities. Although they often feel pressed for time to complete their tasks, they find it challenging to prioritize, as everything seems equally important, which can lead to unfinished work. LSEs tend to overlook their internal mental landscapes and are usually not inclined toward personal or existential reflection. They focus on immediate tasks and may view deep philosophical thinking as confusing and less relevant. This constant busyness can leave them feeling restless, unfulfilled, and unproductive when they have to pause their activities.

Super-Id Block

Introverted Ethics (Fi):

LSEs often experience ongoing uncertainty regarding their relationships with others. They may struggle to connect with their own emotions and find it challenging to interpret the feelings of those around them. While they might take the lead in engaging with others, a lack of emotional response in return can lead them to doubt the validity of their actions and feelings. They need consistent emotional support, stability, and mutual understanding from those in their lives. LSEs often bring their proactive approach to life into their interpersonal relationships. However, their direct and blunt communication style can sometimes come off as tactless or overly formal to others. While LSEs can be social and have many acquaintances, they are careful about forming deeper friendships, often preferring to connect through shared activities or projects rather than emotional exchanges. LSEs aim to maintain interactions that are organized, friendly, and harmonious. Family and community values often take precedence in LSEs and they may go to great lengths to ensure the needs of their close friends and loved ones are fulfilled.

Extroverted Intuition (Ne):

LSEs are typically not very imaginative and may struggle to recognize the personal qualities or potential abilities of those around them. They can display a somewhat naive trust in others they encounter. While they may find it challenging to come up with new or innovative ideas, they often compensate for this through hard work and determination. LSEs tend to focus on possible outcomes, but may have trouble understanding the cause-and-effect relationships in their personal interactions. Their suggestions can often feel underdeveloped, leading them to seek feedback and appreciate detailed responses from others. In more casual settings, LSEs can appear quirky, energetic, and even a bit silly. Their playful nature often stems from their cordial and sociable demeanor. However, beneath their lively exterior lies a serious sense of responsibility, and their passion for exciting interests is typically backed by a wealth of practical experience and knowledge.

Id Block

Introverted Logic (Ti):

LSEs are characterized by their pragmatic and realistic approach to the world around them. They typically prioritize the completion of productive tasks that exist outside of their own personal experiences, often paying little attention to whether their methods align with a systematic framework. Their main focus lies in evaluating the actual outcomes of their actions in practice, rather than getting caught up in theoretical discussions. As a result, they usually exhibit a limited interest in engaging with abstract concepts or topics that do not have immediate practical applications.

Extroverted Sensing (Se):

LSEs are typically characterized as gentle and friendly individuals who prioritize creating a positive atmosphere. They often show little interest in grand displays of power or strict adherence to hierarchical structures. Instead, they typically aim to treat everyone with respect and foster a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable. While they may occasionally apologize if they believe they have come across as overly blunt or rude, this is usually not the case, as their intentions are generally good. From time to time, LSEs might exhibit some confrontational behavior, but this is usually a response to situations where their ability to contribute meaningfully has been restricted. LSEs are not primarily motivated by high-energy impulses or adrenaline; rather, they prefer to maintain a stable, organized, and methodical approach to everything they do.
