LSIs are often diligent creators of logical frameworks, models, principles, and order. Their lifestyle is organized around the rules they perceive in the world, which are crucial to their experiences. They tend to view their surroundings through categories and often have strong preferences for certain categories over others. Typically, LSIs focus their understanding on existing social structures and the rules governing the behavior of others. Many LSIs exude a strong sense of certainty and resolution. They can quickly outline what they believe to be right based on their familiar systems, often appearing completely confident in their perspectives and struggling to acknowledge any ambiguity in their principles. This can manifest as rigid intellectual, political, and other beliefs, or simply as a high level of assurance in the principles they advocate within their social circles. LSIs tend to hold steadfast views over long periods, and even when their opinions shift, they may express their current beliefs with bold conviction, as if their reasoning is flawless and undeniable. Though, it's important to note that many LSIs are less extreme in their views and may seem indifferent to enforcing their beliefs, leaning towards a more sociable approach.

Extroverted Sensing (Se):

​LSIs tend to be assertive, direct, and proactive. However, their confrontational approach is tempered by their adherence to Ti principles. This means they may not display the same level of impulsiveness as Se leading types; instead, they are more likely to challenge others when it comes to established "rules" or systems. While they can be critical of those who don't meet their expectations, they also hesitate to voice their criticisms, as it could conflict with their desire for social order. LSIs also often take initiative and may push others to accomplish tasks, feeling a need to maintain control over their surroundings to ensure their standards are met. LSIs often focus on how their creations or actions affect the outside world, seeking to make an impact. LSIs with a theoretical inclination may develop intricate and elaborate systems filled with complex terminology and a wide range of integrated ideas, aiming to be grand and impressive.​

LSIs are often aware of their feelings and attitudes towards others, but they don't always pay much attention to their emotional responses. They tend to avoid relying on their interpersonal attitudes or internal moral code as guiding principles, instead viewing reality through stricter and less empathetic standards of behavior. They may not critically assess the ethics of their systems, often taking their own standards for granted and judging others based on how well they align with their accepted principles. In formal situations, they might come across as cold, harsh, and inflexible, holding rather detached, formal, and black-and-white views of morality. Despite this, LSIs typically aim to exhibit a conventional, polite demeanor in social interactions, which can sometimes come across as mechanical or even forced. They tend to prioritize adherence to social etiquette and maintaining a personable image over genuine empathy or spontaneous engagement with others. As a result, they may struggle to recognize the feelings or attitudes others have towards them or others, often leading to a general suspicion of others' motives.

LSIs often have difficulty in dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty. When faced with ambiguity, they may focus on the worst-case scenario and put in excessive effort to prepare for every possible outcome. Some LSIs can be quite suspicious of others' motives, tending to view issues in black and white, categorizing people as either right or wrong, which makes it challenging for them to embrace ideas that involve complexity, multiple causes, or uncertainty. As a result, they may find such perspectives lacking in value, preferring strong, consistent arguments instead. Their logical frameworks may lead them to feel a need for control over others and their environment. When LSIs perceive a lack of control in a situation, they might respond with irritability, defensiveness, or even emotional outbursts. They often struggle to cope with individuals who are erratic and unpredictable, as such behavior challenges their ability to manage their surroundings. ​

In certain circumstances, they may find themselves adopting the causes, passions, and interests of others instead of pursuing their own. This can lead to a feeling of emptiness, especially when they lack individuals who can provide a deeper sense of purpose in their actions.​

Known for their stubbornness regarding their physical well-being, LSIs frequently disregard their bodily needs, pushing through discomfort and pain in favor of achieving their ambitions. Their determination can sometimes result in neglecting self-care, as they remain fixated on their objectives.
